Introduction

There is a need though to separate the audio signal from the HDMI interface-especially if taking the hdmi signal into an older a.v. amp without hdmi inputs and transmit to the amplifier by SPDIF or COAX(RCA).(then take the video direct to a projector or hdmi enabled display.
